Odering Information

When you choose to purchase products from Tibetan Natural Ltd, you support Tibetan refugees. Men-Tsee-Khang is a charitable, educational institution that functions under the guidance and support of His Holiness Dalai Lama. The income they derive from sales supports their activites and the preservation of their tradition and culture.

We ship almost anywhere in the world.
You can order online and arrange payment by:

  • online credit card card payment
  • processing your order online to work out costs and e-mail it, or print the order and fax or post it with a cheque, money order or bank confirmation of direct money transfer at a later date.

Note, if you have an account with us you can utilise our online order facility.

How to Order

Please read this information if this is the first time you are ordering from us. We suggest you print this page or launch it in a separate window to refer to the following guidelines while purchasing from us.

To order an item:

  • click on the Add to Cart button
  • click on Continue shopping if you wish to keep on browsing through the shop.

Note, after you click on the Add to Cart button, you will see a table showing what items you have added to your cart, your discount and discounted price (if applicable), your quantity, the subtotal for the item, and your total before shipping. At this point you can change the quantity, delete an item, or continue shopping.

To change a quantity:

  • delete the amount in the item box and retype a new amount
  • then click on Recalculate.

To delete items from your cart:

  • delete the amount in the item box and enter 0
  • then click on Recalculate.

When you are finished shopping:

  • complete your order by selecting your shipping destination from the drop down menu
  • click on Go To Payments to continue completing your order
  • click on Continue to enter your invoice details (must match the address on your credit card account for authorization) and delivery address (see our shipping and handling information)
  • click on Continue to select your payment option (Credit Card or Account) Note, if you are paying by cheque, money order or money transfer then print the order form to be posted or faxed with payment at a later date.

Goods and service tax
For orders being shipped within New Zealand GST of 12.5% is charged. This is included in the total price.


Shipping & Handling Information

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours and will send it by economy mail unless otherwise advised. Some orders may be shipped in two or more packages and these may not arrive simultaneously. Delivery time will vary depending on shipping method and destination. There is an order minimum of NZ$20.

For orders within New Zealand:

Select New Zealand in the destination option box. Economy mail is NZ$3 for the first item and NZ$1.00 for every additional item. Shipping is 2 – 3 working days.

For orders in Australia:

Select Australia in the destination option box. Economy mail is NZ$5.00 for the first item, NZ$3.50 for the second and NZ$2.50 for every additional item. Shipping is 7 – 10 working days.

For all other destinations:

Select all other destinations in the destination option box. Economy mail is NZ$7.00 for the first item, NZ$5 for the second and NZ$4.00 for every additional item. Shipping is 20 – 25 working days.

For orders over NZ$250:

An extra NZ$10for insurance is required.

Submitting your order:

You can order by fax +64 9 378 0113, e-mail, online or post to PO Box 6259, Wellesley Street, Auckland, New Zealand.

Backorders:

We will place items that are temporarily unavailable on back order. Your backorder will be sent to you as soon as we have new stock. You will be charged for the item and the exact shipping cost with no additional handling fee when the item is shipped.

Payment options:

We accept Visa and Mastercard and account holder orders for internet orders. For other orders we can accept cheques from foreign sources if they are written in New Zealand dollars and drawn on NZ banks.

Credit cards (as listed above) or International Money Orders in NZ currency work best. We cannot accept EuroCheques at this time.

Returns:

We accept returns if you contact us within 10 days of receipt (except for audio, music, & video tapes unless defective.) Returns are to be sent to us at PO Box 6259 Wellesley Street, Auckland, New Zealand

Security and Privacy Policy

We use a third party, Mal’s e-commerce, for receiving and recording your credit card details.
This is a SSL secured server, commonly used for online shopping.
This method ensures that all your transaction details are kept confidential.
We will not forward any of your details to any other organization or company.
We will add your e-mail to our mailing list for updates such as new items or special offers. We do not send very many e-mails, and they will always relate to our publications and activity. If you do not want your e-mail address added to our e-mail list, please let us know.
